Test Drive My House is an original idea of mine developed for a client trying to find a new way to market and sell real estate. The idea of bringing pre-approved buyers in to homes hasn’t ever really been tried, then throwing in cross-marketing efforts with businesses like Costco, Best Buy, Comcast, & ADT made it completely unique. Our brand needed to represent something for a diverse market (home buyers, home builders, real estate agents, and consumer brands), while being accessible & differentiate us from the competing real estate marketing.
